Is Mr.Splitter free?

Yes! Core features are completely free, including creating up to 30 groups, recording expenses, settlements, multi-currency conversion, and Excel export. For unlimited groups, AI entry, and ad-free experience, upgrade to Pro ($40/month).

Is my data secure?

We take your privacy and data security extremely seriously. Site-wide HTTPS/TLS encryption, additional encryption for sensitive fields like tokens, hosted on Google Cloud Platform, and fully compliant with GDPR and local data protection laws.

How do I permanently delete my account and all data?

You can delete your account directly via Profile Settings → Account Management in the app, or email support@mrsplitter.com with the subject "Delete Account" — we'll process within 3 business days. All personal data, groups you created, and expense records will be permanently removed.

Can I request an export of all my data?

Yes. Under GDPR and relevant data protection laws, you have the right to access all personal data we hold about you. Email support@mrsplitter.com and we'll deliver a full export in JSON/CSV within 3 business days.

How often do you release new features?

We ship major updates roughly monthly and adjust our roadmap based on user feedback. If there's a feature you want, drop us a line via LINE or email — we genuinely consider every suggestion.
